I have always heard that increasing your reps and decreasing the weight helps to build the leaner look....still burning fat but not really building muscle besides toning what you have. for instance on your weights part of your workout maybe consider working out with 5-10 lb weights and increasing your reps to 15 or 18…

Yeah I am having issues sleeping now that I don't eat right before I go to bed like I used to...I have to be up in three hours for work and I have just laid in bed for the last 4 hours!!!! ugh!!!! hopefully this resolves itself.

I am starting Couch to 5K today. Just wondering if you guys do anything besides the program to work out in the beginning?...Today I am just supposed to walk 10 minutes and jog 2 minutes and that doesn't seem like enough exercise for the whole day. Suggestions?

Yummmm banana cream pie blizzard at Dairy Queen...Those things are so delicious! I used to love them. But the kicker is they have 580 calories in them...22 grams of fat...and 84 grams of carbs!! Be strong...eating bad always makes me feel bad.
