Anyone interested in starting 30 Day Shred or the Couch to 5K program with me tomorrow? Today is my first day on this site. I am really wanting a good support system of friends who want to do this together. Anyone interested???

    To be honest I did 30 ds before. I'm not ready for it right now. But I will support in every other way. Add me if you would like. Good luck w 30 ds. :)
