    I am about 5lbs heavier than you and a half of an inch shorter. You look freakin smoking. You look like you weigh way less than 174 and look very nicely toned! You should be proud of your hard work sexi ladi!

    wow i am currently 286 and i been on mfp for 300 days and never got myself into gear i keep gaining and losing so i never get anywhere. You did so wonderful and proves i need to work hard and i will get there
