    Holy Moly, you look amazing!! You've done wonders for your long term health and fitness, it really shows! Great job, all that effort is really paying off and I'm sure your family is super proud of you. People like you are such an inspiration and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that.     Great job!!! Think I'll join you!!! I've lost 109 in 12 months so I'm feeling kinda close too. I'm 5'8 and would like to be somewhere around 165-169. So about 50 or so LBS to go!!!
