My immediate mini goal is to start seeing changes in my clothes fitting better and to wear my engagement ring again; but my ultimate goal is to get healthy enough to get pregnant. My husband I would love to be parents again! 60 lbs will get me to a better place, then I'll start setting new goals :smiley:

I just started back on my journey, but I forgot how bad the heart burn gets when you are drinking all that water.

For the first time in months I was able to get off of our "deep" couch without pain. Does not sound like much to most, but that is AMAZING! Cannot wait to see my results when I complete the 30 day shred. :blush:

(only 3 weeks in) I can get off of our "deep" couch with out pain!! may not seem like much, but to me this is HUGE! :blush: very excited for you!! My rings are a little snug, hoping to add this to my list of NSV as I continue :wink:

This is my first 1 1/2 weeks back at MFP and my 1st NSV was being able to feel relief in my bad knee when I stand up from the sitting position. Doesn't seem like a lot, but to me it is!! :smiley: (one day, one pound at a time)

The Dr. I work with is Gluten intolerant and told us that if she accidentally gets ahold of some her belly will bloat and she will have seriouse bowl issues. I would see a Dr. sounds like you have a substantial allergy to something. I would not prolong going either, because if it came on that quickly, you could have…

The Dr. I have seen most recently (roughly a yr) stated to do low-no impact... lol... that's why I was asking. I was doing modified jumping jacks when it started to be bothersome. Today is day 3 and it feels, not back to normal, but much better. Did a lot of leisurely walking today. Will see how I feel in the morning…

I have done well a couple of times in the past, losing about 40lbs each time, but couldn't keep it off; lol life. I now, also need to lose 100+ lbs. (and for those who asked) I have had issues with my knees since I was a young teen. my Knee caps are not positioned right (sit toward the out side by so many degrees) and because of all the dislocations I have indured, the tendons no longer can hold the knee cap in place.…

my RED FOOD is everything you can snack on. From cereal to icecream. I struggle everyday, but I am finding the longer I go with out sweets, the easier it is to not crave them.

My confession is the other night, before I started back on MFP, I had 2 JTM philly hoagies, and added a ton of extra cheese.... That meal alone was over 1600 cals. I was appauled with myself and cried like a baby.
