Thanks for the info & ideas! I gained about a lb a week steady then for the last month or so ...nothin' . My only issue is a flap of skin leftover from a c-section a loooong time ago and some cellulite ( which by the way I still had when I was 111 lbs) that maintenance idea sounds great.

Thanks! I'm Thinking about adjusting my calories now. I got the "1 lb per week" idea from several publications I had read which made no distinction between male and female so thank you, for your replies. I'm obviously in desperate need of your knowledge in this area!

Yup, Turkey Hill has sugar free/fat free ice cream that tastes like the "real thing" 70 calories per serving, I usually double up on the serving, it s a nice sized bowl!
