WOW I'm so happy so many others are doing it too! Honestly, when you are sore, just keep going and once yhou have warmed up its not so bad. The first couple of days are the worst and then you feel great! I am doing mine everyday starting today (completed it a couple hours ago! Woooo!

Urm, I'm not sure how to enter it, I will have a look later when I am back from college! :) And the 30 day shred is an exercise dvd by Julian Michaels! It basically is where you do a 20 minute work out every day which changes every 10 days for a 30 day period. Google it, results are amazing!!! :)
