I have an almost 4 month old and I get up at pump at 5:30 and workout after every morning and run during lunch. You can do this. I have a ton more engery on the days I do this rather than the days I skip

AWesome! I'm 5'10" and hate reading about how people are trying to be 110 or something ridiculous. Yeah for tall ladies!
-
It will take awhile to get used to it. I have taught spin at 5:30 am for 4 years. I still get up the days I don't teach to stay in the routine. I'm 9 months pregnant and I'm still getting up to stay in the routine. Good luck

I think that if you can do it on a treadmill, you'll be fine. I've been running for years and the biggest difference is the surface that you'll be running on. You can do it!!!

Just trying to be on the safe side. It's all natural, but what i've read, it might be too much for a baby. I get a lot of what Shakeology gives from my prenatal vitamins and it might be too much. Supplements are not really recommended while you're pregnant.

I love Shakeology. I'm off it right now since I'm pregnant. I used it for breakfast and added a little more to it. It's so good and convienient, especially if you don't have much time to eat. If I didn't have it for breakfast and had a late date plan, I could have it for dinner. I love the chocolate. Insanity is super…

You'll need a pull up bar and dumbbells. You can use a resistance band if you want, but I like the others instead.

P90X is going to kick your booty, in a good way :-) I don't know much about the other, but P90X you'll need dumbbells and a pull up bar. You can use band as well. It shows all the exercises with a band. Let me know what specific questions you might have. Angie

THe best way is to use a HR monitor and add a new workout
-
Thanks for all the help. I have my first two weeks planned out.
-
If you want to calculate calories, you really need a HR monitor. I never reached 1000 calories during those workouts
-
Your best results will come from wearing a HR monitor.
-
If you feel like you have enough energy for your workouts, then you'll be o.k. Just be careful.
-
Just give it a few times to get adjusted. I teach twice a week and now it doesn't even bother me

JJtonic75: I've been training for a little while. I will only run outside. I will bundle up or wear a raincoat before I go run on the treadmill
-
I think the most I've maxed is 170, which is high for me. I have a lower RHR. I'm 26, 5'10", 168 pounds and about 22% BF

SW=175 GW=160 CW= 168 Training for a full marathon Trying to get my buisness going Trying to get a family started

I will try that. I love being outside even if it is cold. The training is going o.k. I couldn't get out and run this week because i was subbing all morning spin classes. I have a long run tomorrow, so I'll let you know how that goes. I'm loving it because it gives me a goal to work towards. You're inspiring. I wish I had…

I'm finding that I crave more of the "bad stuff" when I am tired. I don't stop and think when I'm tired about what I am eating or how much. this is something that I am going to work on. With my job, the hours are hit and miss and sleep is not consistant. My goal now is my marathon in January.
-
You are in starvation mode! That is way too less calories for the Insanity workout. You need to recalculate and follow the nutrition guide provided. You need the fuel to get through the workouts.
-
Thanks for this

WOW! Great lunches. I had mixed veggies and potatoes, hamburger patty, and a cup of mixed fruit

Love goal setting, I'm excited! I'm training for a marathon I have in January

Stick with it and push play everyday! I couldn't do one pull up when I began, just keep with the program. To see real results, you must follow the nurtrition guide. Nutrition is just as important! Good luck!

WOW! I'm suprised with all the responses! I'm here for you, well, I wish I could be there for everyone! First of all congrats on wanting to make the changes. Second, I know everyone here can do it.
