That's a good price! I use ViSalus, and its about 50 bucks a month and they're so yummy :) Try buying frozen berries in bulk and using those, and you only have to use water then. Really low cal and great for you!

I have only not-logged once since starting and it was while I was out for dinner which we don't do often at all, so I forgave myself. Cows milk is disgusting. I don't know how anyone drinks that nastiness :S Organic soy milk, unsweetened, or almond. Chocolate almond milk as a treat is the bomb, my 5yo loves it!

my own low self esteem. i was so tired of feeling like crap and not fitting into anything when i went shopping, feeling bloated, sucking it in....every day i feel a little more amazing and when i look in the mirror i love who i see. :) that's a motivating feeling.

homemade apple cinnamon oatmeal....txas french toast with fruit topping and real maple syrup......almond milk pancakes.......bacon and omelets (red peppers, tomato, cheese, mushrooms, onion)......I am chock full of mostly healthy breakfast crap, if you ever want a recipe for anything hit me up :)

I don't know if it's what you're looking for but I eat Fibre 1 bars. Little chocolate fix, chewy and tasty, only 140 cal per bar and 20% of my daily fibre. Win win?

I work out at home, jog and walk every day. I would maybe suggest doing it in the AM before anyone else is awake? I love morning runs and workouts because it makes me feel great and sets a positive, energized tone for the rest of my day! :)
