As long as you stay within your calories I don't thinkbreakfast will make any difference. Do what works best for you :)

Yes. There's no good mollycoddling your kids because when they HAVE to go somewhere on their own, they'll struggle with it. I think 13 years is a reasonable age for letting you daughter go to the mall and gain some independence.

It's hard at first but after a while you realise how much food you eat out of bordem/greed rather then what your body actually needs

My challenge is to lose 10lb because 15lb would put me below my target weight Starting weight (July 16): 138 1st week weight (July 23): 2nd week weight (July 30): 3rd week weight (August 6): 4th week weight (August 13): 5th week weight (August 20): 6th week weight (August 27): Total Weight lost: 0

Hi there :) I've just finished level 1 and have lost 1 inch of my waist and 1.5 inches off my hips. I definately recommend :)

It's likely to be water weight as your would've had to eat 7000 extra calories to gain 2lb

Make sure you're eating plenty of fruit and fresh food and drink lots of water

Same here :) I try eat lots of fruit and veg because it feels like you're eating alot but is low in calories, and I find that if I have a hot drink when I'm hungry, like a cup of tea, it curbs my hunger. Also, I do exercise so I can eat more haha Hope this helps :) Melissa x
