Just curious how long you've been keeping records. I've got about 19 years worth.

    Yep, just basic measurements and weight.
    Going to start keeping a check of calories and exercise

    Yup, mine logs calories, exercise calories, net calories, weekly net, sodium, weight and measurements.

    The calories, sodium etc are updated each day and the weight and measurements every Sunday morning. Helps me to see when I don't drop any weight I can see why by looking at my spreadsheet. Also it helps me to track my weekly net calories which is what I go by rather than focusing on daily. As long as everything balances across the week I'm happy :smile:
