I did 1200 first then went up to 1500 and I lost 6.6 pounds in 2 weeks.

I did it last night. I feel no shame and I was still under my calorie goal.

I feel the same way. Yesterday was a rest day for me. It felt good to relax, but my mind said go jump on the Wii atleast. I have become obsessed with working out. I love seeing my results and it keeps me coming back.

I had been depending on MFP to give me the correct calorie count when I workout. I must say that I just started using this 6/19 and I have lost 4 pounds so far. I may invest in a HRM.

I weigh my self biweekly too.

Someone did add Strength Training to Cardio. You have to look for it, and add your workouts so they will count as calories burned.

You can add me. I am looking to loose about 80 pounds. I think I would feel better about myself. I like to encourage my peers along the way and still encourage them when they slip up and I would like someone to do the same.

I take my phone and headsets with me, and I cut my Pandora on. I even close my eyes and I am in my own world.:smile:
