It's not necessarily easy, but it can be done. You need to set goals, plan how to achieve them, and then stick to the plan. Start with a single goal, and then reverse engineer what you need to do in order to achieve it. There might be other things you need to do first, which is fine - plan out how to achieve those, etc.…

Casio G-Shocks. They're amazing. (Just got a new Frogman a few days ago, to go with my collection of about 7 other G-Shocks.) Agree. It was really hard to only go up in 5lb increments, but trust me, it will catch up. Better to use the time to really nail your form. You'll be glad you did in a few weeks.

I usually fast once a week, so I'll go 24 hours without eating anything but water and/or tea.
