yeah I think that we eat a lot worse than many countries purely because it is a nation of greed and restaurants, and food makers use the cheapest ingredients which just so happens to be the unhealthiest. dont get rid of fiber to get protein make wraps in wheat tortillas with meat or burgers or sandwiches with a good wheat, Fiber packed pancakes or waffles with a side of eggs! I think both protien and fiber are great for weightloss and both keep you full.

I take them all the time and they are easy to digest. add to salads,yogurt,oatmeal. You can pretty much top anything make it like a sensa packet by putting it on your food. It has absolutely no taste and packs major health benefits you can even put in water and drink real fast :P

Lost 45 lbs zumba exhilirate and dieting correctly. I got alittle burned out even switching from dvds there are 8 I think so I also did jillian michaels dvds but i have had great results with zumba!
