I'm with you on the eating healthier bit. It's always difficult for me because of where I work. You can do it!

I'm returning as well. I was in a bad place back in Feb., but I'm much better now, and it's time for me to do this right :)
-
You can do it! Add me if you'd like some support.

Hi! I'm working towards losing 100lbs, and I'm looking for more active people to keep me honest on here. Anyone can add me :)
-
I have just over 100 to lose, and I'm starting to get active on here again. Sending a request!

I'm into cosplaying as well! I've been going to Dragon*Con since 2007, and I have a few new cosplays lined up for this year.

I just picked up this app today because it's on sale. It looks like a lot of fun, but I don't know if I can use that and the 5K program I'm on in RunKeeper.

I'm with you, too. I have a little over 100 lbs to lose, and I'm starting back up after a hiatus. Friend requests and messages are always welcome!

My phone has alert sounds from the turrets in Portal 2 and EDI from Mass Effect. I have models of the Normandy SR-2, the Tallgeese (if anyone knows that reference), and a Lord of the Rings PEZ collection on my desk at work. I work in IT. I build my own computers. I go to conventions every year. And I don't play MMOs…

I started the C25K as well, and my Day 3 is also tomorrow! Good luck!

I used to be a runner many years ago, and I'm trying to get back to where I can run 5K's again.

I can relate as well. Looking back to my days in high school, I thought I was overweight then, but I wasn't when I compare to how I look and feel now. I hide behind layers of clothing, dark clothes, and I never like what I see in the mirror. When I sit at my desk at work, all I can think about is how my belly feels against…

I've got 100 to lose, and I have to start somewhere. Anyone can add me; I need all the help I can get.

I had some illnesses come up over the past several months, and the inactivity caused me to lose my confidence and I stopped logging in. I can feel that the lapse has been taking its toll on me, so I'm back, and looking for more friends and support. Feel free to add me!

If I need something that fast, I always pull up songs from the Initial D soundtracks. They're primarily eurobeat, so they're supposed to be really fast. It might be a little out of your favorite genre, but I know it's helped me when I've had to run at a fast pace.

I spent the past weekend doing some major cleaning around the house, and between the cleaning and rolling change, I found $100!

I have 6 bookshelves overflowing, and my reading queue is 13 and climbing. Then again, I'm also a writer.

Sending FR. I've got 100 lbs to lose, too. *waves*

Totally adding you!

I approve of this thread. There always needs to be more hugs. *big hugs*

I have a 32oz glass with a straw in it at my desk, and if I ever get bored or have a craving, I just place that in front of me. I get 2-3 of those glasses easily every day.

If I'm in a dance music mood to run to, I usually go with the soundtracks from the anime series Initial D. It's all eurobeat, fast-paced, and a lot of fun.

^_^ *hugs*

Wow, thanks everyone! Will start adding in just a few! ^_^

*awkward silence*

Fantastic!

I love this! I tend to use a lot of eurobeat and techno when I'm running just because I know the beat is a steady pace and I can run in time with it. My big resource of it comes from the soundtracks to the anime, "Initial D." If you're not sure about it, you can search for Initial D on Grooveshark.com and listen to it to…
-
I'd say that's money (and days on MFP) well spent. You look fantastic!

I'm always afraid of anything I say, be it messages or FRs, will be considered creepy.

I hope I'll find out for myself when I get there...
