Hello everyone

This is my first time in a place like this and I'm a little intimidated.
I don't need to lose a lot of weight, I mostly want to get fitter. 2-5 kg less wouldn't hurt but I'm within a healthy range.

What I hope to achieve by using MFP is eating healthier (less takeaway, more fresh stuff) and start moving a bit. I'm in my mid-twenties and stopped doing any serious exercise years ago. Walking up two flights of stairs leaves me huffing and puffing. :(

Also, I wouldn't mind getting rid of the love handles. :tongue:
That's it, I hope we can all support each other in our goals and get healthier together!

    I'm with you on the eating healthier bit. It's always difficult for me because of where I work. You can do it!
