    Hey everyone I am looking to add new friends and people to get support as well and things have have helped you, to see if maybe they would help me out. I am very excited to get this going as I have never been one to know how to calorie count. I am looking to lose at lease 80-100 lbs. I didn't realize how big I really was until I started this app up, now I am really down on myself for letting it go and ready to kick my butt and get things looking the other way. I have no idea how to add anyone so if you could add me that would be great. Or help with with adding lol :)
