I'm glad to know that even after 4 years (from posting your success story) that you have been able to maintain your goal. I have about 20 lbs to lose and after menopause have been frustrated. But being honest with you and myself, I have not been at the same exercise level as I used to be. I was encouraged to hear that you…

I bought the premium upgrade a few months ago after having the free version for several years (and loved it). But I started doing some carb cycling and needed to set my cals and macros differently on diff days. I'm not disappointed at all. the more I have been using it with the premium features the more I like it!

You look great and I'm sure you even feel so much better. You are fortunate to have a Dr who was willing to listen and be sweet and honest. I'm sure it was hard to hear some of that truth, but it sounds like it was delivered nicely too. And the fact that he walked you through it with weekly visits is wonderful! Your story…

I am in my early 50's, change of life and all that. I am close to my goal ...15 last pounds to go. And I too have struggled like you. I got discouraged and stopped tracking for a couple of weeks. But I'm back again and I'm very interested in your updates to see your progress. Please keep us current with your progress. I…

I had Bursitis in my hip about 2 years ago. I couldn't even sleep on that side! After having a cortisone shot that only really helped for a month (as soon as I started running it flared up again...but even worse). I finally googled "does bursitis EVER go away?" and it brought me to www.mendmeshop.com. I ended up buying a…

I started out with the iPod and Nike+ and like others have said, it was not as accurate. Then I got a sport watch at a sports store for around $60-70 that allowed me to track laps.....which is good on a track OR if you go on mapmyrun and figure out where you will go BEFORE you go out. I memorized each mile mark and would…

Love the cocoa flavored 100cal pack almonds! Also, Atkins bar or cliff protein bar, apple or banana with almond butter.

PB is definitely a weakness of mine. Usually a moderate amount is NOT enough! Lol...so my solution....don't have it around. Or if it is, I just don't have it....cause ill have to have more and more. I have wondered if it is actually related to a possible intolerance. Some say that when you have an intolerance to something,…

When you fist start out its probably best to start at a comfortable pace and increase the duration/ distance by 10-15% each week. I have read a lot about running tha suggests doing one speed workout a week and one long run a week....if your aiming to increase mileage. Take it slow so that you can prevent injury. I run 3…

You did a great job of tracking even through pictures! Very cool to see what diligence and commitment looks like. I am 5'6" and aiming to get down another 15 lbs. I lost 14-15 in the last year. To make it permanent is making it a life style change. Learning to be an athlete. Anyways, just want to say thanks for your…
