You can create your own workout type, thats what I do for my dvds. I would title it the same as my dvd and then once you use it once it has it saved in your profile.

thats my plan too! i'm a week behind starting mine 30days today but i figured if i wait until i "feel ready" I would wait to long so my plan is every 10days

i'll be mixing it up too. i love to run and i just got a gym membership, it comes with personal training sessions which was my main motivation for wanting to start the membership otherwise i really prefer to workout at home. Love this group idea and can't wait to start July 1st!

Just got my fitbit yesterday and i'm so excited. I just started a desk job last Nov. and its a huge change of pace for me. I love the fitbit so far. I keep checking it and it has inspired me to hike the stairs on my breaks and to get up and take some short walks to stretch my legs through out the day. Would love to get…
