Going to have to try this one... I am diabetic and can't have real pie. Also cinnamon helps lower my sugar levels.. so a win win here Thanks for the suggestion0 -

Apple slices with almonds or peanut butter (or any of those things alone)
carrots, celery, soda crackers, pickles (high in sodium but filling), 100 calorie snack packs (I know a lot of people don't like those but there are so many different kinds of them...), strawberry yogurt (greek and regular), granola bars, rice cakes, strawberries, grapes, cucumbers, snap peas...

Three: I like baby carrots with a shot of apple cider vinegar. ( Yeah, I fill up a shot glass with the vinegar and take little sips while I'm chewing/eating the carrots. The sweet flavor of the carrots mixes really well with the apple cider vinegar.) Weird? Perhaps, but I love it.
I also like a shake with one frozen banana (gotta be frozen to make the shake extra thick and creamy), one cup of skim milk, and one scoop of either protein powder or Nestle Quick powder or something like that. It's great:)
Last, I love edamame!0 -
Seapoint farms Edamame sunshine blend. It has dried fruit, roasted edamame, walnuts and pumpkin kernels.
1/4 cup low in calories and fat and high in fiber and protein0 -
Jazz apples. Cross between a Royal Gala and a Braeburn. Eating at least two a day.0
-
Non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt with raisins mixed in. Mmm!0
