When I eat a small breakfast, I am more hungry the whole day. When I eat a big breakfast, I am tend to eat less for lunch and dinner. When you eat a small dinner, you'll want a bigger breakfast because you'll be hungry. When you eat a big dinner, you may not be hungry to eat breakfast

Sometimes I just eat cereal for all of my meals. This means I eat a full box of cereal. Today, I made a smoothie with a cup of dannon light and fit greek yogurt, raspberries, blackberries, unsweetened almond milk, and i even added some cinnamon. I had some spinach but forgot to add it in. You really can add any fruit you want, like, and have in your house. You could even add 1/4 cup of oats.

I like to play Just Dance. Its especially fun if you can get other people to play with you. Also, Wii Fit is great and having your weight/bmi progress on a chart is fantastic imo and great motivation

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
