Yeah i tried those wheelchair routines, they are okay but I have a ripped tendon and it is not getting better when I am too active, had to slow down....hand cycle is okay...I'm used to walking 65 miles a week!

I think the more you can cook, the worse you can eat. I agree with the lady a few posts down, keep things really simple, once you start eating food in combination that is where the calories add up quick...sauces..casseroles...etc..no no

I just don't buy that food PERIOD. I had cake last week for my birthday, ate 4 pieces..I haven't had cake in a year. There are some people who cannot start on that type of food!

When you are that big, you just need to focus on eating healthy and educate yourself on food, log and throw out that scale !

The best way I looked at loosing my 100 pounds is thinking about decades, focus getting out of the current decade...I'm out of 140's so my focus is 129...It is the only way to do it when you have so much to loose. Also stay away from all the negative people at work, it's weird some people don't want you to do well!

When I work out heavy I always weigh more the next day.

I use to be well over 200 pounds..keep walking until you are under 200 then start running.

I'm injured so i need to stay on a 1200 calorie diet!

When I binge I need to go drastic and stop eating like that...cold turkey....it takes me about 4 days to stop the craving for eating like crazy. It's hard

I weigh everything and try to eat as clean as I can...I'm about 143 and would love to loose 10!

Keep going...I was 240 at one point...focus on getting out of the decades and you will be goal weight but it takes time. Good job.
