if you drink 8 glasses of juice a day, your looking at around 1000-1200 extra calories a day. You will gain weight.....

Kashi cereal and granola bars. Love them! Also fresh fruits and veggies. Apples, bananas, seet peppers, cucumbers, oranges can just be thrown into your purse.

Thats amazing! Great job. Looking forward to starting, and I agree. With the shake and milk, its only 170 calories... I added a banana into my strawberry sample and it was the bomb!!!!:tongue:

what kind of IUD? The copper IUD irratates the uterus. This irritation will release stress hormones, cortosol. We all know what cortisol does. I had mine removed.

broccoli, aspargus, side salad w/ lowfat dressing. Green Giant sells frozen veggies in a box, and you steam them in your microwave. They are all really good and healthy!

Im not sure that is true. I work out way hard sometimes, heart rate is at least 200, and I dont sweat that much.

Thanks so much for the support. I WANT to work on her unit....she was so happy that I was coming to work with her. Its a hard unit to get on (OBGYN). I want to do it in her honor. I just have to find the streght and pull myself through it. I want to do it for her.

Yes 19 months apart is too short. My son will be around three when the new one comes. Im only 21 so when my Children are in college, I will only be in my thirtys.

I drink Meijers whey and soy protein. It comes in a powder. Only 125 calories, 25 grams of protein, like 3 carbs, 1 gram of fat. It dont taste good by itself but you can always add it in oatmeal or your smoothie. Muscle milk/ Myoplex---They have a ton of sugar!

Thanks you two. I want to start "trying soon" because it took us alomost a year to conceive our son. My husband has low sperm count. So im sure my son will probably be close to 3 when and if there is a baby.

They sell egg white seperators at Bed Bath and Beyond for like $2. Its just like a little plastic thing. You know you can get the most out of your egg whites if you let them sit out for about 10 minutes before cracking them.

While strenght training, women will not bulk up like men....we dont have that special amino acid that males do. The women who are really bulky are also taking suppliments to increse the mucsle mass. Strength traing will make you look more lean and toned. I was worried about the same issue and I did some research.

I have kindof the same issue. Thanks to genetics. I have been doing lunges and on the stair stepper machine and it seems to help. I do lunges until my butt hurts and I know it worked because my butt hurts the next day!
