  • Awww! What a cutie!
  • I have 4 large dogs and a large husband and we all sleep in a king size Select Comfort bed! We should be on one of their commercials!
  • They're all adorable!!!
  • ...and I thought my 4 were a lot! God bless you!
  • One of my dogs is a Brittany/Lab mix. She looks more Lab but acts more Brittany. She's my first, and at 12 years old, I'm cherishing every moment I have with her. Enjoy every second you have with him!
  • I have 4 dogs! My oldest is a 12 year old Brittany/Lab, a 10 year old Lab/Dalmation, 3 year old deaf white Boxer and a 9 month old white Boxer. I guess, in addition to being addicted to food, I'm also addicted to dogs! :blushing:
  • Congrats! I've been stuck in a rut and since I haven't been walking my dog several times a week, she's plumped up quite a bit! This reminds me that I have to get back out there and walk more with my pups.
  • Congrats! I've been in a slump for a while and just started getting back into gear. I'm not one for energy bars or drinks, but as far as fitness goes, I'd highly recommend the Nike app for you smart phone if you have one. I use that to track my walks (I only run if something is chasing me) and I find it really helpful.…
  • Amen! I started getting lazy in March of this year when I was 40 lbs down.... Now I gained some of that back and need to refocus. The problem is, I kept saying "tomorrow". Well tomorrow kept getting pushed off until tomorrow yet again. Before you know it, 8 months has flown by and I've gotten lazier with my eating habits…
  • I don't want to leave. I get "lazy" and stop tracking for days and sometimes weeks at a time. I know that logging into MFP keeps me aware of what I am stuffing in my mouth. Even when I'm not logging in, I think about how I should be logging in these calories so I can keep myself honest. If you have the willpower to get…
  • I have had my battles with stress recently. If you try to change the way you think about stress you may be able to overcome some of the anxiety that comes along with it. When I feel myself becoming overwhelmed because of everything on my mind, I stop, look up, take a deep breath and tell myself I'm making it harder than it…
  • I know this works. I lost 41 pounds and lost focus and gained some back. Now I've got to regain focus, too. You can add me as a friend and we can tackle this together! Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods
  • Great tips! Thanks!
  • Great job!! You look fab! Keep up the good work!
  • I 'm piggy-backing on the "get 'em now" comments!
  • Hi Toni- Welcome! The best advice I can give is: -Log in every day and TRACK EVERYTHING! Even during your worst days (see my tracker on 11/22 when I went to a smorgasbord in Lancaster- all you can eat AMISH cooking... need I say more?) -Make the commitment now to learn healthier eating habits and stick to them. -Did you…
  • I tried Xenadrine years ago, too. I experienced the same effects as many of you did. I had a short fuse, felt agitated all the time and less accomplished for losing weight while using a drug. Also, when I stopped taking it, I fell right back to my old routine and gained back DOUBLE what I lost! Old fashioned way is the…
  • I'm not over 40, but my body feels like I'm about 60 because of the almost 100 extra pounds I'm carrying around. As long as we stay focused on the end result and faithfully log in to this site to track our eating and exercise habits, we can make it happen!
  • I just started, and so far my sodium is always in the red. I know I need to reduce my sodium intake already, but seeing in in print will help me challenge myself with it.
