I think it's super important to have a hobby or something similar to keep your mind focused. I have a back injury and issues with my hips so can't be very active like I used to. I took up colouring as a hobby and it does consume a lot of my time. I enjoy it and it is very therapeutic. I also do a lot of reading, but that…

As stated, do gentle exercises and build it up. I used to do weight training with a personal trainer before I had my back injury. He recommended the best thing before a good work out was a nice big cup of coffee but obviously that doesn't work for everyone. He definitely didn't believe in the whole carb loading thing like…

I colour (yes colouring books) or read to relax. I always recommend someone take up colouring as a way to unwind.

You need at least one rest day for your muscles to recover. If your body doesn't have time then it can actually weaken you, so make one day off a priority. Maybe still do some cardio like walking but nothing too strenuous. You shouldn't feel guilty for it :)

I used to have a hard time with omelettes when I made them with three eggs, disaster. I make four egg ones and they turn out perfect every time! 0_0

You can do it ladies! I started off ultimately at 230lbs, joined MFP at 224lbs and now I am 197lbs. I cannot recall a time when I was this light. You can do it!

I set myself a goal not weight wise but using other means ie to fit into a certain size pant. I was an 18/20 UK, I am now a 16. I have set a new goal of 14. I don't really care about the number on the scale. It's also little things like if you're exercising how many minutes you can run, number of reps you can do…

A few months ago I ate a whole carton of ben and jerrys, I was stressed and depressed. Then I got even more upset when I realized I had demolished all of my quota for the day in one go.

I am contemplating it, its the short workouts that I like the sound of!

I hit a period of five weeks where I didn't lose weight as I was stupidly eating 1200, I upped it to 1700 and the weight started moving. Been doing it ever since and losing slowly but surely :D

I went from a 18/20UK down to a 16 after 15lbs and I am still a size 16, they're a little baggy but not enough to get down to 14.
