I have found that if I make something I don't particularly like for dinner, I tend to snack at night. I have a 5 day streak to carry over from February so I hope to keep going and adding to it. ME - 5 LNS - 0

This is something I need. Not only night snacking, I am trying to go without between-meal snacking. I have about 50 pounds I would like to lose yet so need help on this. I have 50 pounds over the last 2-3 years but continue to work on it. I will give this a try.

Happy 4th of July Eve. What are everyone's plans for the weekend. We just stay home and don't do much. I have bought steak and twice baked potatos and that will be our dinner. Have a question for all. How often do you weigh? I am a daily weigher and find it helps me realize if I am eating too much.

I weigh myself every day to see how I'm doing. At times I get depressed because it is hard to believe a person can lose or gain 2 pounds or more in a day. I only write it down once a week on Thursday. I was doing it on Monday but I found it better to wait a couple of days after a weekend.

I know what you are going through. I don't remember being so cold when I was heavier. I have lost about 45 pounds and it had to be 85 or 90 before I would even think about wearing shorts and tank tops. I think a person's metabolism changes with a weight loss.
