    I've been forgetting to update sorry! That being said though so far this month a few hard nights but no late night snacking so far! Last night around 9 I did have a yogurt though but I did't count that since it helped my protein macro. I also didn't go over calorie goal, :)

    1. Beat last months with ONLY 4 LNS days
    2. Protein drink AFTER morning exercise
    3. Make sodium goal
    4. No eating after 8

    • Finish eating at 9pm 5/7 nights per week.
    • Finish eating at 10pm 2/7 nights per week of my choice.
    • Take it one day at a time.

    This is something I need. Not only night snacking, I am trying to go without between-meal snacking. I have about 50 pounds I would like to lose yet so need help on this. I have 50 pounds over the last 2-3 years but continue to work on it. I will give this a try.
