Thanks guys :) I'm trying to make a meal plan up to help me on my way....but also so I don't stray into those tempting kitchen cupboards

I don't know if I could stand being yelled at....I find I work so much harder and quicker with some metal playing....but I just can't find the motivation!

From the last year?? Oh that's a damn hard question....I have none! I'd love to see Ted however. But in no particular order of favorite films (not in the last year) The Shining The birds Cool Runnings Zoolander Bourne Identity School of Rock...... and several more

Norfolk England, for those that don't know of norfolk...it's the place with all the farms and flat land.... Feel free to add me

I also log everyday. And need much motivation at the moment. Feel free to add me if you choose :)

I know how you feel....my partner started off really supportive....then was offering take-aways. Followed by telling me I'm not fat and I don't need to lose weight. I know I'm over my B.M.I and I'm trying my best...but since his lack of support has gone down hill so has my motivation. I try to look on the positive side of…

I'd also love this question to be answered....anyone.....PLEASE

I did take measurements, my neck, stomach and hips are smaller :) But for some reason my thighs are now bigger? I don't quite understand what's happened there, but my clothes are looser :) I'm terrible with the scales...I'm on them everyday sometimes more than once.
-
Thanks guys :) My partner has been telling me although I've not lost much you can really see it. I just can't understand why I've suddenly come to a stand still. I'm hoping that the scale will drop another lb soon, and I think if it does then I'll be more than happy again and start believing in myself. Maybe I should start…

I used to I've cut back quite a bit on the weighing myself bit. I'm not sure what's making me feel this way to be honest, I feel guilty for eating at times...not sure why. My diet is no-where near as bad as what it used to be. I can see the difference as my clothes are looser but I still feel like i'm failing :(

i'm 24 but feel free to add me :)

Seeing myself in the mirror when I tried looking nice for my partner. It was a horrible feeling. I'd felt fat for years, but after I saw just how bad it was I got determined.

Thanks :)

It's not something you can force upon somebody. I understand you're just worried and trying to help your wife but if she really wants to diet and/or just get fitter she'll do it in her own time. I think you've done the right thing by talking to her about it and trying to persuade her, and it sounds like she's a stubborn…

I'm 5 foot 4, 153lbs (10 stone 13), and mine calculates at 33 %

Yoga, Pilates and cycling seem to help me.

I try to stay positive. I get a really heavy bleed which leaves me low on iron and horrendous stomach cramps. So I top up my iron eating greens. Stay positive and focus on my goal. Plenty of fluids and exercise helps me a lot.

I personally think to stick to the calories this website suggests which depends on how much you want to lose and how quickly. Just remember to eat those calories you lose exercising before you become poorly. in my opinion over-exercising can do more damage than good. Just know you're limit. It varies for everyone. Best of…

I've been looking in to using them but found small frequent meals has eased the pain and pressure. It may well work for you. I was on the verge of asking my doctor for some, but discovered (with advice from on here) that I could do it myself :) Best of luck in your journey, I hope it goes well.

I spend nothing. My exercise bike was free. Yoga and pilates bits were a gift as was the thigh trainer. I do it in the comfort of my own home. Vitamins you get from food...so no supplements for me. As for clothing i'm at home so I wear nothing special. Jeans and t-shirts work fine. On occasion I go to a zumba class with a…

You must be really proud of yourself. 20 inches is a lot! Wish I'd lost 20 inches

I wouldn't say it drives me crazy...I know I weigh less first thing in the morning after going for a wee. But at the same time I think "why am I doing this to myself" Maybe I should hopefully surprise myself at the beginning of the week. To my delight I was a pound lighter this morning :)

I've done the same, I have fybogel with mebevarine. I was diagnosed with ibs and now I have the opposite. Tried stool softeners, plenty of fibre, water, fybogel....nothing is working :(
-
i've been told the bigger you are the easier you lose the weight....is that right?
-
If I could like this I would :) Well put

It says I should have 1200 calories. But I feel great...no hunger pains no well nothing. But I do thank you for the information. And everybody else too :)
-
I did! I had some biscuits already. But i'm still under. I'm just not hungry enough for any more.
-
I think 300-500 calories a day is far too low. It'll make you ill.
-
I'm only 200 calories out. Which to be honest i'm very proud of. I love food far too much!
-
Well knowing that will save me some money. I'm trying to think of supermarkets round my way that have protein shake i'm sure a few do.
