appetite suppressants?

Does anyone use appetite suppressants on occasion? I'd only be using them 7-10 days at the most each month. Just to get me through that I-will-kill-anyone-who-comes-between-me-and-food temporary loss of sanity phase. Any recommendations?

    I've been looking in to using them but found small frequent meals has eased the pain and pressure. It may well work for you. I was on the verge of asking my doctor for some, but discovered (with advice from on here) that I could do it myself :)
