Good Luck! You can do it. I can totally relate to fallen off the wagon. I am starting over again today. For the holidays, my goal is more to maintain and then I will work hard in the new year.

I have about 2 1/2 weeks left of my first round of Insanity and am trying to decide on my next workout challenge. I am either going to do a second round or stick with the Max workouts and add some running. I miss running. For those that are on round 2, did you start back at day 1?

I am on my 4th week of Insanity which is an intense cardio workout. Really enjoying the challenge. I have heard good things about Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. Good luck.

I believe that you should eat if you are hungry. Just make it a healthy satisfying snack. Your body is in need of something or it wouldn't be growling at you.

I recently discovered Oat Fit by Better Oats. It is an instant oatmeal with flax seed and no sugar, but is very tasty. I know instant is not the best, but it is what works for me. I also put frozen berries in my oatmeal.

I started Insanity on 9/24 as well. Tomorrow I take my 2nd fit test. I like the workouts, but they are insane at times. Keep up the hard work. Feel free to friend me. :happy:

I started with Couch 2 5K and then did a couple running programs through my local running store. I learned the most through the running groups.
