I waitressed for quite a few years, Eat before you go to work and drink lots of water while working. Most restaurants you aren't allowed to keep your own food out or in the refrigerator. I would always make little snacks from the salad station, a piece of bacon or a small cup of soup from the restaurant. Or stash a protein…

leftovers! I always make a bigger dinner so I can have it again the next day.

Least favorite- those rock HARD pieces of bubblegum. Ew. Favorite- [old fav] Those little boxes of Nerds [new fav] peanut butter cups Fun fact, when I was little my mom was one of those awful houses that gave out raisin boxes instead of candy. Now that I'm older she gives out real candy...WTH?

Yum, love spinach!

Honestly the fruit/yogurt/granola seems like a nice counter balance to his food. I would be happy to have it! :)

I've done this too. It was always helpful to be with people who didn't know about the break-up and just kept me busy. Don't turn to food or booze, neither of them make you happy afterwards. [voice of experience here!] It takes time to heal, my thoughts are with you. Oh and... CONGRATS ON THE 5K!!!!!

this made my day 100% better

:drinker: I would say if you are new to wine drinking, go to a local winery and do a tasting, its usually inexpensive and you can try a variety. I usually go for dry wines [red or white], but I think that Moscato and Zin are good starter wines since thet are so sweet. Just try a different type every time you buy a bottle,…
