I love to bake cookies and make buckeyes. My mother-in-law used to do most of it, but she passed away 1 1/2 years ago. Now it's up to me. I think I'll start baking today. I dread the temptation to eat them.

My dog is heavy, but not obese. One of my cats, however, is 20+ lbs. I'm trying to find things to help him, too.

I was afraid of getting my hair cut short just a couple months ago for the same reason. I did it and am glad I did. You will look real nice in that hair cut so go for it.

I understand how you feel. My sister has lost a lot of weight quickly and has kept it off. I"ve been yo=yoing for a long time. I think this time I'm going to make it. Because of this site, we have the support and motivation we need. Please add me as a friend.

Hi, I'm 46 and have decided it's time to eat right and start excersising. It's hard but I think we can achieve our goals. I tend to eat when I'm bored. Excersising is keeping me from being bored so that helps a lot. I will send you a friend repuest.

I just joined in June and I am already losing weight. I love this site. I think keeping track of my food and excersise is 1 reason. The main reason though is the people on here. They are so supportive and wonderful.

Hi. I just joined on June 28 (last Thursday). I love it! My husband saw how excited I was with it and joined on Sunday. The people are wonderful on this site and I've got several friends since joining. I've already lost a pound by watching my food intake and my excersising. Good luck to you.

How about eating 4-5 servings of fruits and veggies a day. I know that's a hard one for me, but willing to try.

If you have a dog, take a walk with him/her. Dogs make great friends and walking buddies. That's what I should do too. Walk with my dog. I think I will do that tonight after it cools down some.
