Count me in!!! I need to get back on track! I'm in for 5 lbs! I also am committed to logging every day! This is something I need to work on. I thought I could lose with out logging for the last 2 weeks and I went up a little in my weight. So now I am back to logging every day!!!!

I was about to start WW on line when I found MFP and I never signed up for WW. I can save a few dollars for some good healthy food. Besides that the leader at our WW was so boring and she did not teach good eating habits like I have learned on this site.:smile:

My usual snacks are a stick of cheese, greek yogurt, an apple, a banana or celery with peanut butter. Keep the snacks coming I have seen some good ones!

Where do you work? I have a rule that I follow that has worked for me it may work for you. I only eat what I bring to work. That way I can controll what I eat. I am tied down to a desk in a office. If you really want to know what bothers me ( if you are not interested disregard) I work at the front desk of a high school. I am tied down to my desk. I am trying so hard to stay on program with my eating and exersice. There are co workers that come up to my desk when they need a break and bring their snacks and eat them…

What time do you eat lunch? You my be eating an early lunch and then you get hungry sooner. If I fill like I need a snack I drink a glass of water and then eat an apple or banana. I do not like or drink regular milk. Does almond milk taste like regular milk? I am concerned that I am not getting enough calcium. Any suggestions would be appricitated.

Great ideas! I work the front desk at a high school and am always looking for good ideas for lunch. I try to take my lunch because if I leave and I have had a bad morning I will try to eat something to "make me feel better" It's just easier to play it safe.

I agree with the above post. If you have the surgery and can't control what you eat you will end up with the same problem in the future. All the people that I know who had this surgery have just about gained all their weigh back. But you need to do what you feels right.

I usually have a stick of cheese and a boiled egg for breakfast. Around 10:00 I will eat a piece of fruit.
