  • Pasta. We used to eat it all the time, now we have sweet potatoes or brown rice. I still think I like it but when it comes down to fixing a meal I choose something else instead.

  • Love the diagnoisis! I definately agree about getting the Dr. seal of approval. I also have hypothyroidism so a little pill every morning helps to keep me level. Funny how one little gland can wreak such havick in our bodies.

  • I find that when I am stressed I head for chocolate! Trying to make sure that instead of bad food to munch on i have healthy foods. Work is the worst! People constantly bring in sweets! Thank goodness for baby carrots!
