I love football...need to exercise!

I love to watch football but know sitting there all Sunday is not good for me so...I thought for each 5 yd penalty I would do 25 crunchies and for each 10 yd penalty I would do 20 pushups, then for 15 yd penalties 50 jumping jacks. Any other ideas out there?

    I'm currently watching the game too! I'm no help with the whole sitting around on Sunday.. But I think the penalty thing is a great idea!

    I like the commercial break idea too! We do that while watching the biggest loser or other favorite shows. Make me feel less like a slouch.
