Hey, I'm Becky. I just started Low-Carb again recently, but have done it in the past. I lost 65lbs in 2013 and slowly gained 20lbs back in 2014. So, here I am again :smile: I just have to accept the fact that this is a way of life! Everyone feel free to add me!

Hi Everyone! I'm a mom of 2 (2 & 4 yrs old). I've lost around 60 lbs in the last couple of years and still have about 30 to go. The entire year I've been slipping and gained about 15 back that I had lost. Really looking forward to the new year and a fresh outlook on life! Time to get back on track!! Add me!

I just finished week 7 of C25K! I've never finished anything like this before, so who knows what I'll do next. I have the Turbo Jam DVD's, Rockin' Body, and pretty much every Jillian Michaels DVD. I try to keep it fresh :)

Hi everyone! I'm currently doing C25K...just finished week 7 today. :) I honestly didn't think I'd make it this far. And I for sure never thought I'd be able to run 27 minutes straight...which is what today was. I plan to do my first 5K on the 28th.

Hi Everyone, I'm Becky...31 yrs old, 5'9". I'm a mom of 2 little ones and I work full time at a desk job. So far I've lost 50 lbs on my journey. 20 more lbs would put me very close to where I want to be. Really excited about this group!

Super-simple make-ahead egg muffins! 12 eggs, your choice of veggies, sausage, ham, cheese...literally endless possibilities. Mix it all up and place in a 12-slot muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. They're good for 5-7 days in the fridge.

Currently I drink a Slim Fast Shake for breakfast. I think they're great and I'm not hungry an hour later.

Pic on the left was 235 lbs, after I had already lost 10 lbs. Pic on the right is down 40 lbs. I've cut out bread for the most part, just eating whole grains. Also off dairy. I'm working my way thru 30DS slowly. I've just been moving a lot.
