  • There is no way to log it under 30day shred. I have HRM that i use and manually add it myself. Before that I was logging it under random things. for me personally MFP overestimates calories burned a lot so that is why i invested in a HRM. I burn 220-285 depending on how hard push.

  • I have a precor and love it. It's the home editions. Since they have a gym edition as well. They can pretty expensive but if you to their retain store like I have they had them sale. I think we got ours for 700 or 800. Well worth it and I say that because that I'd the only machine I'd use in the gym. Now I have no excuses…

  • So are you saying that the body media is better at logging calories burned than an HRM?
  • If your wanting one for sleep like the fitbit. Go with bodymedia. The bodybugg doesny have the sleep function. I am opposite of you as I want a polar. I currently have the body bugg but I hate all day. You do get use to it but I am thinking about doing the polar along with the fitbit. Hope that helps.

  • I know this may sound totally gross but for lunch today I had Broiled Chicken Breast (Mrs. dash seasoning) 1/2 cup of pinto beans mixed with fat free sour cream! it was actually pretty darn good.
