I love the Polar line. I have the Polar FT4 its not bulky at all. I only paid 60 because it was on sale from 89.99 hope that helps.

Sometimes I get shaky after weight training. So i figured this would be the best option. What kind of food would help me with that?

I think the emotion behind it will take longer then the physical part. Its a stuggle to overcome the "fat girl" status.

Day 3-Is your UGW in an unhealthy range of BMI? My UGW is 150 which would put me at the higher end of the healthy range. I may want to go lower but I want to see what i look and feel like at that weight :) Also, I dont really follow the BMI as i know it doesn't take into account muscle mass

mine has to be rice! its a staple for me but ive learned portion control with it because I refuse to give it up. everything in moderation right :) Ive also been trying to mix things up by using brown rice and quinoa :)

I was going to suggest the walk too as its something you both can do. you just use a regular stroller for now until you can get a good jogging stroller. I am the same way as i don't have a jogger either. Do you have a Wii? if so the step exercise is great :) workout dvds at home. Jillian micheals is good :) hope that helps.

I had gallstones for 2 years before anyone found out what it was. They brushed it off as acid reflex. Mine would last hours to days and was worst than child birth! after another year went by I could not handle the pain and had it removed :) best choice i ever mad! no more pain. for me changing my diet didnt help the flare…
