I'm proud of you! I myself am addicted to regular Coke and have given it up completely. I drink water 95% of the time. When I crave a coke I have a Coke Zero, so I don't think it qualifies me for this :(

I use whole-wheat pitas with pizza sauce. I chop up fresh veggies and sprinkle about 1/4 cup of skim-milk mozza cheese and bake for about 5 mins. Now that I've read the above I am going to check out some of these too! :)

I am a pasta addict and I love spaghetti squash. It doesn't taste exactly like pasta, but with spaghetti sauce on it it's very good. My boyfriend makes it the best. He cuts it in half (scraping the seeds and guck out). Then he uses some light (no salt) becel to cover the squash and pieces of fresh chopped garlic. He puts…

The Healthy Steamer microwave dinners are good in everything. Sodium is usually about 450-500 but if you drink water and watch sodium the rest of the day they are perfect. Also, I really like bringing in a whole wheat wrap with some lettuce and lean turkey with a little bit of cheese. Yum!

I have the same problem, I have a HUGE sweet tooth (especially chocolate). When I get a bad craving I grab a pack of the 100 calorie chocolate-covered pretzels. People's bodies are different. Some lose pounds first, some lose inches. I've been doing this for 5.5 weeks and I'm only down ten pounds, but the inches are coming off much faster. I'm frustrated too but trying to be patient.

Congrats! 25 pounds is a lot, you should be very proud. Family who sees you often may not notice simply because they see you so much. Wait until someone you haven't seen in a while sees you, I am sure they will notice!

Sorry to bring back an old topic. My gym just got these machines and I use it for 20 minutes in addition to my 45 minute workout. I personally like this. I know it doesn't burn many calories, but when doing exercises while on the machine I can really feel it doing a lot to tone my body. I've seen a lot of hate on these…

I'm 5'3 and my goal is 145-150. People will think I weigh too much but I don't care. I don't look nearly as much as I weigh but I know when I reach my goal I'll look great.
