Hey! I completed the 10 day challenge no problem! I accidentally drank 2 sips of lemonade before remembering my challenge. BUT I didn't eat ANY candy, cookies, or anything sweet at all. It hasn't been that hard, so I will continue.

Day 6 - Tonight is my weekly girls' potluck. Must.limit.wine. No dessert of any kind. I'm bringing kombucha, which is ironically made with sugar. I think the SCOBY eats all the sugar.

I love the EM2WL philosophy and am finally back in the gym. Because of my hurt left hip, I am only walking @ 2.5 mph for an hour (I'm not working so I'm not very active at home). Soon I plan to start with weights.

I like the 80/20 approach to eating. I'm glad I decided to not chuck the way of eating when the loss slowed!! Must say, I feel smaller, not bloated anymore...so even if it's a slower loss it's worth it for me. My cravings have passed...with the help of the Atkins 2 net carb bars from Winco and Albertson's. Thanks for the explanation!
