  • I live in the UK and they grow wild everywhere, we also have other great berries growing wild such as black elderberries
  • loosing my boobs, they are disapearing before my eyes!!! this last bit of weight and muscle building is taking sooo long and is sooo hard! but the upsides are tenfold and my body looks great, the bingo wings are deminishing, the c-section tummy is lifting and its thanks to clean diet and HIIT/Strength training :D

  • thats good it means your doing things right! I like having a hot bath, hot tea, ibuprofen, fast absorbing protein (shake/bar) and most importantly for me SLEEP! sneaky nap in the day is also handy if your lucky enough to be able to do that
