  • I weight every day and record the daily weight or at least every change.It helps me to understand how my body respnds to certain food and to stress, hormons etc... also I can react quickly in case I stuck or gain.
  • I count herbal tea and green tea like water and drink plenty of those over the day. Coffee and black tea as well as milk, juices and soda I list with the food. And I do not use any sweatener or Milk in tea.

  • Blind guess - read the leaflet of your contraception pill. I am sure it mentiones migraine as possible side effects. Mine stopped 3 months after I stopped taking the pill and switched to other methods.

  • I need to eat every 3 hours to not feel like starving, that way I have 3 meals and 3 snacks and that works well.
