I used an online calculator and that’s just what it gave me for protein. Like I said it may need some adjustments as I’m just starting out and only got these results from a free online calculator. That’s not my desired protein just what it gave me. Thank you all for the tips!

I find I drink more water at work too...I'm in I know I need to drink a lot more than I do especially because I'm breastfeeding.

SW:205.6 (for this challenge) CW: 204.6 GW: 150 (sept 1st) I started on wed and was able to lose a whole pound in 2 days! woohoo lol I had a little bit of an off day yesterday but still tried to keep my portions normal. No real exercise yet, I am still trying to adjust to my new schedule back to work after maternity leave…

I get my shoes at famous foot wear or fred Meyers I just shop clearance they ususally have nikes on sale at both places.
