Because you feel rejected, and that you can't get your feelings across because nobody is willing to listen. My advice would be to either keep contacting them trying to make amends, or cut all contact for a period of time. Don't do anything in the middle.

Cottage cheese Sundried tomato italian spices sunflower seeds bacon bits green onion/chives tomato avocado love pairing it with a rye thin. I SERIOUSLY JUST ATE THIS AND IT WAS THEBOMBDOTCOM I couldn't believe it. I usually just eat black pepper on my cottage cheese and this was a complete shock. AMAZING.

Exercise more. It'll curb your appetite, release feel-good hormones, and make you WANT to eat healthy. Try to get friends to go with you to provide support and company! Also, experiment with cooking new foods.

seconding this. Cold water and tricks aren't going to help you lose weight - being dedicated to logging and living a healthier lifestyle will. Also, being 18 doesn't really matter. You can be any age and do the exact same exercises! Look into Blogilates or FitnessBlender on youtube to get you started.

Brush your teeth! It actually makes you not hungry, I promise. I didn't think it worked either, but seriously I don't even want to eat food for like 30 mins after I've brushed. Also, try to do a teeny bit of exercise! It makes you not hungry for a while (in my case)

Yes I have cut white out. And I'll never go back! (except for some cookies and cake occasionally :laugh: :wink: ) I prefer whole grain and whole wheat. My body feels better, I feel fuller, and I don't get hungry as quickly. Oh,the joys of whole grain!

Hide them in smoothies, cook them in dishes, and pretty much treat yourself like a kid. Some good recipes to sneak veggies in: lasagnas, macaroni dishes, crusts/breads, muffins, soups, etc. You can seriously get them in anything as long as you disguise them right!
