I use walkfit inserts in my shoes. It aligns my back, hips, knees, and feet. It makes a world of difference. Also, could it be time for new shoes?

I run 3-4 miles Tue, Fri. And 5-6 miles on Sunday. I weight/cross train w/ a group Mon, Wed. & Fri., I swim on Tues. & Thurs. I just added a Wed. Spin class And I rest on Sat. I did and I tore up my feet and my ankles. Heel spurs, shin splints, plantar fascitis and more. I ended up limping for almost 3 years. Start SLOW. Trust me. We are not kids anymore. I'm still not where I want to be. Try the C25K and go easy on yourself.

For me, it's the usual...salt tastse saltier, sweet is sweeter. I used to like coffee (decaf) but not so much now. Everything else is about the same.

Missy, I would def be interested in another challenge. This was my first and I am surprised that I have stuck with it. I am pleased with my progress as well. One more week until the "after" pics.

These were awful but I got up to 112 over several hours and then ended with 38 regular. Glad its over.

I use the Nuvaring and I think it has helped in regulating hormones and therefore aided in my weightloss.

Did 112 and then I could no longer bend. I wil do the remaining 28 on Sat.

135 regular squats completed. Also because I am exhausted as well.

These were super HARD. I did 45 on each leg and then 40 regular squats.
