600 calorie eater here!! yes I know it's really bad but it works for me. anyways, I found that you can basically eat ANYTHING you want, just portion controlled obviously. if you want a slice of pizza and a donut, go for it, but just don't go over your calorie intake. it's all about calories in calories out, so yeah!!! :P

I just had a pretty bad eating day today, so I DEFINITELY can relate. just try not to feel bad over it...you're still under on your calorie intake so that's awesomely successful if you ask me!! Tomorrow just try to stay a bit stricter on your portions while still eating what you enjoy :P
