there are times I'm at the gym and not up to the arm movement and I turn it off. I still get in a good work out without them. Good luck to you

I'm back in the saddle again. I made it to the gym this morning before work. I feel so much better. Hoping to get there again tomorrow morning. I have lawn work to do this evening (if it's not raining) Have a great day everyone!

today I managed 45 minutes, 2 miles 505 calories gone.. I did the fat burner program, so the resistance varied... :smile:

I took a tumble (well 2 tumble's) yesterday on the ice, I'll be out off the elliptical for a few days (but not as long as I was with the foot injury) Everyone keep up the great work... I'm hoping to be back on again by Wednesday..

30 minutes on the elliptical after 30 minutes of Zumba..... I need to do better getting my water in.

I'm finally getting around to my goals (which I'm not very good at) Weight: 214 :sad: days on the elliptical: 20 weight loss: 1 lb per week. Diet: to follow the Eating plan the dietitian gave me & to drink 6 glasses of water a day
