I have been WFPB since last summer. An absolute game changer for me. But I do still have to keep track of my calories or I will go over lots of days. If I'm looking for a snack for "mindless munching" or really still hungry in the evening I do this. I make a mini pickle tray. A few dill pickle slices..a couple sweet pickle slices.. 5 green olives.. 1 oz or less of cubed cheese and either a few grapes, app,d slices or boiled egg. A lot of food without a lot of calories ;)

sorry you dont like it! mine is the vivofit 2 so maybe they worked out some bugs? Its pretty accurate for me. The only thing I have noticed is it counts brushing teeth as steps if I use the arm its on. it even is accurate if im walking with my hands in my pocket.

I buy individually wrapped mini pieces of chocolate (like dove or andes candies) and keep them in the freezer. If I want choc in the evening I allow myself 1 ..take it to bed with me and enjoy it there that way I dont grab another on my way up. If I am really wanting something sweet/salty/crunchy....I eat pickles.…
