Long straight hair makes you appear thinner... curly will fill out your face more.... Color.... anything thats lighter on top and dark underneath will shadow and give an illusion that your neck and chin are thinner.... Also wearing your hair up, fully back makes your face thinner. I drink 90 oz. a day... but not all at once onviously... i just keep a water bottle on me at all times. I only feel bloated if im trying to chug it all at once.

I hate all these "plans"... maybe they work for some but not for me.... I eat normal... just not as much, not as bad, not as often and have lost over 35 lbs. So without even knowing what the plan is I would say No Good LOL but again everyone is different

I go to Golds Gym and their elliptical.... eventhough i enter my weight, age etc says i burn atleast 100 calories less than what MFP says after entering it. The only real way to tell is using the HR monitors and devices. I also have a bike at home thats "wheel" is shaped to cause wind resistance... i cant even last 10…

Are you eating back your calories you lost while excerising? Then on top of that eating the 1200 calories? You could also be gaining muscle. If you are doing any lifting strength training. I am 5'10 and 174... I too will gain weight eventhough I am eating back excercise calories and working out... but... i lift/strength…

When you "bump" a post it moves it to the top of the message board feed.... and also shows on your profile that you commented on it so you can refer back to it. For instance, If its a before and after photo post... you can bump it so you can view it later...maybe when more people have posted.
