5x a week workout/1200 calories a day no change ;/ WTF

My NSV... i was in the bathroom getting ready for the gym... and looked and said "whoa is THAT AN AB forming!!!!! I took a picture and placed it next to some of my old pics... and was shocked... the hard work is paying off and i am sooo excited and it added to my mitvation to keep going! So excited!

Activity Level on MFP? Help?
Am I really considered Sedentary because I work a desk job... eventhough I do the following??? I work 8 hours, desk job, try walking around to get moving every couple hours. I work out for 45-60 minutes 6 times a week. At home after work i never allow myself to sit except for dinner... always up cooking cleaning etc…

I stopped drinking my 7 bottles of diet soda a day (ick right?) and switched to water and gatorade only (with an occasional soda). cardio then lift...or lift then cardio?
Is it better to lift and then do cardio...or vice versa.... or does it not really matter. I usually do cardio for about a half an hour and then lift. I am just wondering if it would benefit me more to switch it around. Thanks :)
